the intention behind these meditation sessions is to offer a space to be still, to settle and to collect. the type of guided meditation on offer is based on zen philosophy and presence. the process is both simple and hard. to enable this space, audio for participants is muted


these sessions are available to all and no prior experience is required. attend as many or as few as you like

sessions are run on alternate thursday evenings from 19:30-20:15. there is no charge for the sessions and donations are welcome
